Testimonials

Since 1965,
For the past 50 years, I’ve been servicing appliances, and learning from the various individuals I work with. I enjoy the experience of meeting and working with so many interesting people, and look forward to making the appliance repair experience as painless as possible. The buck stops here!
My Guarantee to You
When I evaluate an appliance, I make sure that repairing it will be worth the time and money. It doesn’t make sense to throw good money after bad. I guarantee everything I do, and that’s what I mean by my slogan: “The Buck Stops Here”. When someone calls me out to evaluate their appliance, I try to put myself in their position and we put our heads together to come to a logical, cost-effective, solution.
Background
I started working on wringer type washers in 1965 for a company in inner-city Detroit. I watched the industry change from old-fashioned mechanical appliances to the electronic and almost robotic appliances we see today. It’s always gratifying to resolve a problem for my customers, and help them come to a cost-effective resolution on their appliance repair.
Moving to Colorado
I came to Colorado in 1979 because I watched 1 too many John Wayne movies, and wanted to be a cowboy(not really, but close). As a young man, my mother instilled in me a love for the west, and I fantasized about it until I moved to Colorado Springs in 1979.
It was a difficult transition to come from the city of Detroit to the “Golden West”, but it’s the people that made the difference for me. Life is full of challenges, and the only option is to improvise, adapt, and overcome.
